Summary: The Idlewyld Inn is a lovely weekend getaway. The house has a historical appeal and is very clean. The staff are great, and the breakfast is exceptional. The only issue I found is that neither of the windows in the room properly blocked out the outside light, making it a bit difficult to sleep.

Summary: The room was large with an exceptional separate washroom/shower area. The pillows were light and high quality. Bed was large and comfortable. The view was toward the rear yard and residences around. Lovely homes around and about which we walked through for hours. Historical plaques abound in the town of Wortley. Historical homes all around, most maintained very well. .

Summary: Classy, quaint, romantic and full of history. This boutique hotel provides a stay in history that is great for those who want the quiet yet central. Parking on site make this convenient and friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent! We returned for an additional evening at the end of our trip.
